It is a strategy game where players have to lead an army of mercenaries against the forces of evil dictator. Your goal is to build and manage an operational base to resist enemy attack, while creating an army able to end enemy resistance.
Gameplay in Army of Heroes is quite similar to that of Clash of Clans and other similar titles. On the one hand, you have to build and develop tons of buildings on your base, placing barricades and traps to prevent enemy attacks. On the other hand, you have to create a group of heroes strong enough to destroy enemy bases.
The story of the game will remind you of the legendary Jagged Alliance, as a small group of mercenaries fights to topple the dictator from a small tropical island. To accomplish this, you have to take back all the cities on the island one by one. It is a difficult task, but these heroes are up to the task.
Army of Heroes is a good strategy game with tons of content: lots of heroes, lots of buildings, and most of all, lots of levels. Additionally, the graphics are on par with the best titles of the genre.
